Morgan is a stay at home mom who grew up on the Hood Canal. From a young age, she was immersed in nature-based learning. Exploring the Wetlands and surrounding areas, she developed a deep appreciation for the natural world and an interest in environmental sciences. Motivated by her passion for the environment, Morgan pursued a college education in environmental and earth science, with a focus in geology.This path eventually led her to work for the Washington State Parks, where she could actively contribute to preserving and protecting natural spaces. She firmly believes that hands-on experiences in the natural world are vital for fostering a deep understanding and connection with the environment. She strives to make a positive impact on the world by inspiring others to connect with and protect the natural wonders that surround us. In her free time she loves being outdoors, enjoying hobbies like hiking, rock collecting, camping, gardening, and cooking.
