Jill is a Child Development Manager at KCR and early learning professional with 28 years of experience working with children ages birth to five and their families. As an advocate for young children, Jill believes in the value of play and the importance of exploration in natural environments. Jill also believes every child deserves the opportunity of preschool and should have an individualized experience that meets their needs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with emphasis on Curriculum & Instruction. Jill is very excited to be a part of Barnacles & Bees future.
