Nature-Immersion Workshops for Adults
Reconnect with the natural world and rediscover your own sense of balance through Rewild & Renew, a nature-based workshop series for adults. Each session invites you to slow down, explore local ecosystems, and engage in hands-on practices that nurture both personal well-being and environmental awareness.
Through guided reflection, creative exploration, and community connection, participants will deepen their relationship with the land and learn simple, restorative ways to bring nature into daily life. Using foliage, branches, and treasures collected from nature, you’ll design a one-of-a-kind wreath to celebrate the changing season and bring a touch of the outdoors into your home. All materials provided; no experience necessary.
